This website, USA Motorhome RV Rentals (http://www.usarvrentals.com/), seems to have quite a few cities in the US and a place where you can get a quote without having to call (https://usarvrentals.com/rv_rental_quotes/multi/dates.asp). There’s also a link on the right where they link to Canada RV Rentals (http://www.canada-rv-rentals.com/).
