Some places may have zoning laws about where you can park a motor home. If you can park it, I don’t think they can stop you sleeping in it, but if you’ve already gotten a ticket then obviously they can.

On a piece of land without a building? Do you have electricity and sewage? I lived at the east end of Simi Valley, and we had a motor home too. Of course it was parked on the driveway, and at times, when we had an earthquake, we would sleep in the motorhome, for a quick getaway!! You know what I mean! I think as long as you have utilities and pay the taxes on the property, I don’t see why you can’t live there, especially if it is only a temporary arrangement, and as long as noone else complains about you doing so. But, I would check with the city just to make sure. I assuming you don’t live right on Los Angeles Avenue! Perhaps somewhere out of the city’s boundaries!!!??

You would have to check at the court house in order to find out if there are are any rules against doing so.
The FTC of the U.S. requires us to inform you what you already know: If you purchase a product through one of our links, we will receive a small commission. That has no impact upon the price you pay.
