Can I flat tow my 2008 Mazda 3 (5 speed manual transmission) behind my motorhome?

I know the 2008 Mazda 3 with auto trans cannot be towed on all 4 wheels but I am not sure the manual trans can be towed on all 4 wheels. I want to know if I must buy a tow dolly or can I get along with a tow bar?

Best to ask Mazda about this one, I know certain vehicles (Jeeps mainly) have transmission coolers that engage as soon as the wheels start spinning, but on your Mazda, even in neutral it might not lubricate the trans properly which could cause it to burn up. It might be fine, but best to go to the source on this one.

Yes,for sure. Any car with manual transmission does not have any problem to tow on all 4 wheel.
Some of gears inside gear box touches the lube oil and transfer the oil all the way around. The manual trans consists of gears those only small portion of the gears touched each other, so no friction clutch that needs to be pressurized lubrication.
The problem of auto trans is the system supposed to be pressurized lubrication and the pressure generated by a pump driven by the engine. So if the engine stiops, no pump to pressurize the system that consists of several wet clutches those requre lubrication
