Not sure about ordinary service stations though having run them in the past, I would sincerely doubt that you would be given permission to stay overnight. However on the motorway services you can park free for two hours…after that you have to pay a fee. ..it’s possible to get all night tickets.

As long as you have the owner permission it should be ok.
